In her everyday studio and garden, visual artist Annie transforms existential introspection into matter and color, approaching abstract painting not merely as a craft, but as a daily, inevitable impulse.
Far from conceiving of art as a mere technical exercise, abstract painting here functions as a direct record of thought and emotion. Through physical contact with raw material, bare hands applying pigments, palette knives shaping densities, and large-format canvases, the artistic process becomes a means of confronting fundamental questions about identity, feeling, and the purpose of existence.
